Dance Mogul: What is the dance culture like in Russia?
Alisa: In the Russian ballet there is a revered attitude towards teachers, in Russia, the teacher is like a second mother, I think in the West it isn’t like that. This fact applies a certain print on the Russian ballet in general because artists are cultivated from generation to generation and because of that there is a strong warm-heartedness and certainty to the professions.

Dance Mogul: What have been some of your best moments on stage?
Alisa: It’s strange, but for me its the bows, its something about bows that make your performance unforgettable. In my heart, my last bow when I finished the last show of my career will forever be in my heart.

Dance Mogul: How did you build Ballet your work ethic?
Alisa: When I danced I had rules – to approach dance with special sincerity, beginning from betterment tendu before preparation a pointe to performance. I believe that everything in life is about the construction of relationships. Therefore when I danced the leading role, I always danced inside the performance, interacting with all actors, even with the last line of corps de ballet. I understood that when we performed that we all performed together.
