DROOPY (Jeremy Tiongson) from DALY CITY, CALIFORNIA
We had a chance to catch up with Droopy and here is what he had to say.
” My dream is to one-day dance on stage in front of thousands of people. Everyday I’m inspired by people that doubt, criticize, and hate me because they are like my fuel that keeps my engine going. When I’m in the lab, I practice for hours and hours trying to perfect my craft. I use tutting as my main style in dancing because in a battle, I feel like it’s my most lethal weapon. When I tut, I try to use weird angles that nobody has ever done before to make my tuts different from everyone else’s. My style for dancing and tutting is very uncanny.
It’s very humbling to be presented and be picked as winner by Tiny Love. He is one of the pioneers of Tutting Style and I hope to be of his stature one day. Thank you so much to Tiny Love and a special thanks to StageMe and Dance Mogul Magazine.”
